Your Support is Widespread, Close to Home

In alignment with our mission statement, we prioritize two initiatives in the fight against cancer - supporting local families in need who are suffering from the disease and supporting groundbreaking research.

The Mission: Part I

LOCAL FAMILIES

To fulfill the first part of our mission statement—supporting local families in need—we've strategically partnered with three community leaders. These partners, namely Redeemer Lutheran Church of Henderson, The New Prague Lions Club, and United Methodist Church of Le Sueur, were chosen based on four key criteria: places of significance in Deb’s lifetime, holding local nonprofit status, a strong connection within the community, and a continuous commitment to public wellbeing.

Since inception, Dollars For Deb proudly donated $45,000 through these partnerships to assist local families grappling with cancer or related illnesses. Together, we aim to alleviate some of the burdens during these challenging times. Impact statements from the supported families and individuals are in progress.
